WOOD PIRED PIZZAS

Our pizzas are made to the standard of the Vera Pizza Napoletana (The True Neopolitan Pizza Association) They are thin based with a fat crust. Our slow proving dough is made with “Tipo 00″ flour, they are topped with a sauce made from the highest grade of Italian plum tomatoes, grated mozzarella and then cooked in our Wood Fired Oven at over 450° to make a “Vera Pizza Napoletana”
